READ 667 Reading Specialist Coaching and the Administration of Reading Programs
This course emphasizes the role of the reading specialist as a leader and change agent. Students examine the role of the coach in the teaching and learning of reading. Focus is on models of literacy coaching to effect change for improved literacy instruction. Roles and responsibilities in the administration of reading programs are discussed.
