DIS 451 Introduction to Transition to Adult Life

Students will gain knowledge of the historical and contextual factors that impact transition for youth with exceptionalities. State and federal transition laws and roles of all stakeholders will be reviewed.

Prerequisite

Admission to the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development, Senior status (90 credit hours successfully completed) or consent of department chair.
