FNED 246 Schooling for Social Justice

Students critically examine the purposes of schooling as a tool of oppression or liberation and the sociocultural forces that affect learning. Eighteen hours of clinical practice are required. (Formerly FNED 346.)

12 credits; a minimum grade of C in FYW 100, FYW 100H or FYW 100P; a grade of S in FNED 101 (or YDEV Major); or consent of department chair.
