NURS 230 Health Promotion and Disease Prevention

Students will utilize the nursing process and explore professional nursing interventions and standards to promote the health of individuals, families, and groups from diverse cultures across the lifespan.

Prerequisite

BIOL 203, BIOL 204, CHEM 105, PSYC 230, and acceptance into the nursing program. BIOL 348 taken concurrently or previous to NURS 230.

Corequisite

Must be taken concurrently with NURS 231.
