Northeast Neighbors

Beginning in the fall of 2019, the Board of Education approved the Northeast Neighbors tuition policy which states that residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, New Jersey, and Parts of Pennsylvania are eligible for a special tuition discount at Rhode Island College of the in-state tuition rate plus 50%.
