Upward Bound Program

Established at RIC in 1966, the Upward Bound Program serves low-income, first-generation college bound scholars in the pursuit of high school graduation and post-secondary completion. Our holistic approach foster’s each scholar’s intellectual, growth, motivation, and character development. We are committed to providing equal access and opportunity to scholars through rigorous academic instruction, personalized advising, and support services, and an inclusive environment that celebrates individual differences and nurtures academic potential.
